This doctor is very poor. She does not listen to what the parents have to say and is quick to call DCF if anything is not to her liking. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. She is very rude and has called my young children retarded. The absolute worst doctor in Crestview fl
I've taken my children here for the past 5 or 6 years. Never have had an issue, and I've always been able to get them if they were sick.
Do not take your sick children to this dreadful place. My son has been sick for over a week. He was seen at the emergency room 10 days ago and given antibiotics and a steroid. After completing his doses yesterday we were up all night with a high fever. I took him to the clinic today and all they did was pressure me into giving him vaccinations, which you SHOULD NOT do if you've recently been ill. They didn't treat my son for anything, just pressed and pressed for me to do something that I KNEW was wrong and went completely against what my instincts were telling me to do. I DID NOT sign the consent forms. They let my mother, who is not my sons parent or guardian sign them. "We do this all the time. These will make him fussy and have a fever, but he's already doing that anyway so you won't even know the difference." THAT is the only "medical advice" those idiots gave to me today. Now I have a 15 month old who is crying and sleepless yet another night from a fever even after a doctors visit today. Oh, and we didn't even get to see a doctor because Dr. Rosenberg was "upset" because I didn't follow up after his ER visit and waited until he was done with his round of meds he was given. A doctor was too upset about that to see and treat my 15 month old son, so he is still sick, if not worse than before he was seen today. I'm filing a formal complaint as soon as I get the names of the nurse and whoever it was that we saw today. I wish no child ever had to be "treated" by these people ever again.
We have been going to Dr. Rosenberg for 6 years and she is an excellent doctor. Her staff is efficient and courteous. She takes her time to listen and is very thorough. I highly recommend her!
