Used to like Tropical Cafe. The customer service bites. All of them have their heads down looking at their phones. This is after 4 visits to this location dropping $10 each time. The chicken wraps were half cooked and half cold. The employees do not care. Customers are a bother to them. Tropical mess!!
Love this place! I go here to eat with my family all of the time and this is definitely one that i would consider going to! Try it you just might fall in love with this amazing place!

I would usually give a 5 star for this place. Just moved back to the area and was so very excited to try a smoothie and wrap again. Had Ashlyn help me, not so nice. She was rude at the window, then when I went inside to show her there is a hair in my wrap she had an attitude. Not certain I will be returning to pay the high price for food with an attitude.
It is a great brand with good smoothies and decent food. I am just disappointed that this location went from any veteran discount to a Mondays only Active duty in uniform discount. Stopped going for that reason.
