Rude and broken/poorly maintained equipment. I couldn't finish what I intended to do because the bolts and nuts kept coming off the hammer I rented from them. Don't make the mistake I did, go to Home Depot, the peace of mind and reliability you get is worth the extra money.
Don't ever go here ! Johnny is rude and unprofessional, all of there equipment breaks down and they try to blame on you. I would highly recommend staying far away from this place!
Yes, the gentleman is EXTREMELY RUDE. He cuts you off when you are talking and talks down to you. I thought it was just me but now I am reading the reviews and if I had done this before, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I did let him know that in spite of the fact I need to use the equipment again, I would NEVER rent from him again. I reported the way I was treated to another friend who informed me, he also was treated rudely. I hope enough people take their business elsewhere so he learns some manners. It was nice having this facility nearby but I was told that there is a rental facility in Fort Walton that is nicer to deal with and will also drop off and pick up the equipment in Crestview. Think I'll use them next time. Plus, there are other local companies with similar rates. I'm actually willing to pay a bit more just to be treated with courtesy like an appreciated customer.
