We had such a great experience at this location this evening. They were so kind about helping me get exactly what my children wanted on their sandwiches, for starters. When we started discussing being from Texas and heading right into the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, they sincerely wished us safe travels. After all that, the sweet manager rushed outside before we drove away to give the kids cookies! Unbelievable kindness and service!
We live 1.9 miles away and with the new extended delivery area they still don't deliver. Horrible location to get in and out of for pickup. The sandwiches are okay and staff was arrogant and did not care about the customer. NOT worth the aggravation. Try Lenny's better sub friendly staff and easier to get in and out of.
Quick and deliscious. Their bread is so much better than Subway to me. Very clean! Customer service here was great. My son tried to fill up a cup and didn't remove the lid. Oops. They were so understanding even though there was a mess to clean up!
I was pretty disappointed. I've been to a Jimmy John's in the past and I recall the sandwiches being large and the flavor bountiful. This time around, our bill was close to $30 for a couple small sandwiches, chips, and drinks. I honestly left feeling ripped off. A sandwich which I could have made for 75 cents at home. The brand new building is nice though, I'll give them that. Probably won't return.
