Employees are dumb as dirt! (And it looks like they rolled in a bunch of it, before work each day!) Get rid of the druggies, and hire some worthy employees!
I love firehouse subs. Just not the one in Crestview. 3 times now I've asked for yellow mustard only to drive home 15 minutes away and see brown mustard. That makes the sandwich uneatable for me. It baffles me how this firehouse can't get a simple request right. Consistently. When I go in myself I always check but sometimes someone else picks up lunch. What solution do they offer? You can drive back up here and we'll give you a new one. Well its a 15 minute drive. So 15 there 15 back plus the 15 there and 15 back in the first place. That's an hour of my life gone. 30 minutes of it could have been avoided if my sub had been made correctly in the first place. I'm furious that this keeps happening.
The brisket sandwich was delicious and it was clean in the restaurant. Nice cashier also! Cool place with delicious sandwiches
