So I called Pep Boys despite many people telling me not to and got a decent quote from Josh Wich really wasn't that different from other places in town. Got it touch with the towing company to have my car towed up there and it turned out I'll have to wait 2 hours so I called Pep Boys back to let them know and now I get told by some chick working up front that it will be at least 2 days until they can get to it. Now I'm understanding why so many people don't recommend this shop, piss poor communication skills..
Josh and his coworkers were extremely helpful with my engine issues. They did everything in their power to help me out and get me back on the road, after a long ordeal with my warranty company. Very appreciative of their hard work!
