Chris Stevens and the team provided outstanding customer service. He made sure I picked the vehicle that was right for me. He took the time to thoroughly go over all of the features with me. Then he offered to come to my house and teach my spouse to use all the gadgets. I am very pleased with my experience. Buying a new vehicle can be stressful, but they made the process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend!

I do not even have words to describe how helpful Elliott was in the Crestview Chrysler service department. My 2016 Dodge Journey needed a part that was on backorder, and it wasn't safe to drive it.....since they don't do loaner cars at the dealership and couldn't tell me how long it would take for the part to arrive....that wasn't working for me....no transportation for an undetermined amount of time would put my small business at a standstill. Let's just say I was VERY stressed out about the situation.....I am usually a very patient calm person...but after 4 days without my car and still no ETA for the part , something had to give....I was ready to take my car back.......but....Elliott was able to make sure that the proper documentation got to the right person in the higher ups @ Chrysler Corporation and expedite the approval of a rental car at their expense until my car is repaired.Even though I have no idea still when my car will get repaired, at least I'm not stranded..... I am very grateful for all his time and effort....he definitely went out of his way to help me!! That's the way service should be!!* Note: Elliott doesn't even work at the dealership which has my car* Thanks Again Elliott
Great experience with Chris today. Friendly and easy going, he was able to work with me to get the vehicle I wanted. He made the 80 mile drive worth it and I would definetly do business here again. The sales manager and service team were excellent as well. Highly recommend.
