worked with this bank to build a home in Crestview FL. Asked that they not give monies to builder until the builder completed the work and they gave it to the build anyways. We lived out of state and had the bank and realtor watching the building of house. The house is still in its one year construction warranty and the builder told us that he is not going to correct anything in the house because he and his business is gone out of business.
