I appreciate that I sleep well knowing that I have placed all my things along with my trust in this companies hands at this location.
I have been doing business with this storage location for over 7 years. Now at this time I have all of my home and personal belongings in storage here in the Crestview location for 2 of those years. I have never been concerned or worried about my belonging. It is always clean and well lite and the security is always working. When I need assistance over the phone or in person the staff have always been professional and more important to me, they are kind, available and understanding.

This place is horrific! Used the company to store my boat. Both security gates failed to operate. I went up there one night to check on my boat both security gates were completely open to the public. Expressed my concern and was informed by the corporate office that I store my property at my own risk. Informed them that they increased my risk when the security gates failed and they didn't inform not one consumer. They told me that they didn't see it necessary to inform any client that the security gates failed and that absolutely anyone had access. Not one person knew when the security gates failed nor when they would be repaired. I told them that I might as well store my boat in the walmart parking lot. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy. They don't care about your property or the upkeep or maintenance of the facility. STORE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

My wife and I were worried about getting storage since we moved our stuff here in January and wouldn't be living here until March. The employees here are some of the nicest and most professional people that I've ever met. The company offers climate controlled units in all different sizes. They maintain the grounds very well and will make sure your stuff is secured. Would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat
