We had to stay due to mandatory evacuation from Hurricane Irma. The hotel manager, Justin, was absolutely amazing. The hotel is rarely, if ever, booked solid, so they only have a light staff. However, Justin, and the other 1-2 front desk employees, and 2-3 cleaning staff, did a stupendous job of accommodating a sold out hotel. They may have had to run, but they did with a smile and a good sense of humor. The rooms were clean. Our only issue was the bathroom's wallpaper was starting to peel and didn't look too healthy. The price was exceptionally good, the staff was veryv welcoming and professional. If we are ever in the area we will definitely stay there again.
We evacuated Cape Canaveral for hurricane Irma. Even though Stay Suites was short staffed Justin the manager seemed to be there day and night to make sure everyone was comfortable. THANK YOU JUSTIN FOR MAKING THIS A TEMPORARY HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!! We always had plenty of amenities at our disposal. This is a pet friendly hotel that i totally recommend .
Every time I stop here to get a room for the night. Staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms that they placed me in are always nice and clean. The breakfast is decent and free. They have a hot tub that works. And makes for a very relaxing time after a long drive. There is a Wendy's within walking distance if you choose that for a quick meal. And a Hooters across the main hwy. This area is growing, a lot of military personnel around. As there is a base not far from this location. So at peak times traffic can be busy. There is a Walmart just North of here if needed.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The manager never seemed to take a break and was always helping guests. The rooms were nice and my family had a wonderful time staying here. If you are debating on whether or not to stay here, just do it.
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We're locals, and between our lease ending and our new one beginning, we had a full month to sort of just hang around. Justin, the manager, is extremely accommodating. The housekeeping staff is professional and quick, and the night audit, Shawn, is one of the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff members I've ever met. I'm comparing this to Hampton and Holiday Inn stays--this specific Stay Suites is somewhere I'll want to come and stay just to take a mini vacation. It's excellent.
