Absolutely ZERO compassion! And listening skills lefts much to be desired. It was storming SO badly. I had an infant and two toddlers in the building with me. A massive stroller and as I'm walking in, I realize my husband's military orders and the registration affidavit were ruined from the sudden storm. I walked in and asked if there were any computers etc where I could simply print the affidavit off. It's a military/government portal. There IS literally NO reason that I was basically told "sucks to be you!" This PCS was stressful enough. Welcome to Crestview, FL! Where the weather sucks and the people suck even more.
