Setup new Homeowners Insurance Policy on June 23 2010. Asked to be direct billed because I was waiting on refund check from old insurance company. This agent direct billed myself and my mortgage company. Mortgage company paid bill causing overage in my escrow acct. Also, this Agent never sent in my Wind Mitigation Discount Form. I found this out after waiting, what should have been ten days to get processed, 30 days. I changed to the Palm Agency when I found this out...they sent in my paperwork immediately, received a call from the main Allstate office the next day stating they were applying the discount. Be aware, you can never get a hold of Mr. Overstreet because he is never in the office. I left numerouse messages for him to call me back...I have yet to receive a single phone call from him. GO WITH CHRISTOPHER PALM of THE PALM AGENCY!
I have been with this agent since Dec 2005. I have homeowners, auto & motorcycle insurance coverage through them. They have sustained the lowest rates throughout the time that I have been with them.The customer service has always been outstanding. Unlike Burt, I see Ed at least 50% of the time that I visit the office, and he always makes a point to speak to me. He routinely goes out of his way to explain details and reasoning for the processes. I am pleased and very staisfied with the service that I receive.
