Dr. Hamby is a great doctor but with a great doctor comes a long wait time. She is definitely worth it.

Horrible staff! I was told she was the only female OBGYN in Crestview, so they can that people however they wish... because they are in such high demand. I was told this by the NURSE! I was also told that my ruptured complex ovarian cyst, and the other complex ovarian cysts weren't a medical issue that would need me to be seen within the next 3 months. Although the ER told me to be seen ASAP, especially since I had suffer a stroke recently. They said the ER would have called them to let them know. The staff lies. The staff is rude. The staff doesn't care.
Dr. Hamby has been amazing so far. She's sweet & compassionate & really knows what she's talking about. However, like other reviews.. I agree, some of her staff is pretty rude. The ultrasound tech is great & has been super nice, but whoever I've talked to on the phone the past couple times about scheduling appointments has been extremely rude & passive aggressive. If I didn't like Dr Hamby as much as I do, I would have changed doctors a long time ago just so I didn't have to deal with some of her staff members.
The staff treats people with zero respect. Disgusting behavior. All the negative stuff you read in the reviews is TRUE! Drive to Destin or any surrounding town rather than deal with this horrible staff.
