Horrible experience! I tried calling for two days to make an appointment, but there was no answer. I should have known then, but decided to walk in to make an appointment. She scheduled me for the next day at 3:30 and took down my name and number. The next day, I took off work and arrived at 3:25 and the shop door was locked (the open light was on). I waited until 4:15 pm and she never showed up and I never even received a phone call. Luckily, a lady two doors down at another salon took care of me. From reviewing her facebook, this is a trend to be a no-show. Not cool at all for a business person. I highly, highly, highly recommend going elsewhere.
Lilly Beth is amazing, and if you have curly hair she definitely knows how to cut it. Only place I ever go. Would give the place a ten if I could.
Ginny is AMAZING!!!! I wish I could give more stars...5 is not even close to the expertise I get at this salon. I'm so glad I found Ginny, she always does my hair exactly the way I expect it to be done. The best part is Ginny was trained up north and she knows what she is talking about. Always a pleasant experience every time, without fail. Ginny is always happy to book a time that works for you. I've seen her at the salon very late, with a smile on her face, doing what she does best...I recommend Ginny to all of my friends and family! Thank you Ginny, you're the best!
Arrived with my hair styled the way I enjoy wearing it. Sheerita listened to what my concerns and limitations were. She has amazing fingers and gives a great head massage during shampooing. She really took her time with my locks, I was able to relax and enjoy my experience. Not once did I feel I was being rushed out of the chair. She evened out my layers and trimmed my hair, which I have A LOT of. I had a nice conversation with all the ladies at the salon and felt very welcome. Wash and cut for a very agreeable price. I totally recommend!!
