Delightfully friendly and helpful staff. Makes you feel like family. Nice selection of furniture, but...it's a shame that none of the Badcock stores will order non-stock items and that each store's inventory is different and no one store can (or will?) arrange for inter-store transfers.
Still, the Crestview store is VERY customer-service oriented. We are very pleased.

Excited to get my new furniture! But the people are the best part
They sell you something and sell you the extended warranty then a month later it's broken and they won't honor their warranty even though it's only a month old, still has a factory warranty and a 3year extended warranty, then they don't want to take it back and still wants you to pay for a big piece of garbage. Be careful when buying from them. Don't buy anything electronic
