I have rented from this location many times and have received great customer service. They also make it easy to rent without a credit card (deposit, proof of address and income). Always call before going to pick up tho because I have gotten there and a car wasn't available due to others being late with a drop off. Not their fault. Easy check in/out. Sometimes a short wait because of how busy they can be at times.
Most unhelpful people I have ever met! they have a policy of swiping a Cc only once. I had a small problem with my Cc that was quickly fixed by the bank but their policy left me stranded 14 hours from home! They would do nothing to help me
Thomas and Austin and the rest of the crew have been outstanding. I am a regular renter averaging about 5 rentals a month. Most are single days to make trip to my businesses in other cities in Florida and Alabama with an occasional weekly rental for other business events. They always very friendly and have the vehicles ready for me when I arrive. I would highly recommend this location for rental.
This was the first time in a long time I rented a car. The staff was fantastic, very polite and not only did they pick me up from the house, they even brought be back home after the rental period !! Now the only gripe, a small one, but it needs to be addressed, the car ( a Ford Focus ) was a GREAT little ride, even had a sun roof. It was clean and in VERY good condition. The ONLY issue was the antenna was broken off, so very minimal radio reception unless you were in a major area. Sometimes, travelling for hours at a time, I like to hear radio from different areas, but in this instance, that didn't happen. The only saving grace was my smartphone, Pandora, and the ability to sync my phone to the car audio and presto......music !! Yes, it did tax my data for a few days, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do !! Will I rent from them again????? ABSOLUTELY !!!!!
I gave four stars at first. In fairness I am back to clarify and applaud. We waited a considerable time for our pick up ride. When we got back to the office the staff upgraded our vehicle and apologized repeatedly. Enterprise is clearly the most professional and organized car rental operation and their service is sometimes a bit slow because they are so busy. They also rarely have a competitor beat their price and cars are always pristine.
